These Terms apply to OddsCalendar and to the services we make available through the site, including football fixtures, live scores, results, standings, match pages, team and player pages, sports statistics, editorial content, odds information, My Bets, fixture voting, account features, leaderboards, predictor challenges, newsletters, contact forms, affiliate links, and sponsored placements.

These Terms do not apply to third-party websites, bookmakers, casinos, affiliate networks, payment providers, sports data providers, social networks, or other services that we do not control. Those third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, rules, eligibility checks, and legal obligations.

Certain features may have additional terms, rules, or notices. For example, a prediction challenge page may contain official challenge rules. Those additional rules form part of these Terms for that feature.

OddsCalendar is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and must also meet the legal age for accessing gambling-related content, betting-related offers, prediction challenges, or prize promotions in your location.

Gambling laws, advertising laws, prize promotion laws, tax rules, and consumer rules vary by country, state, province, and territory. You are responsible for making sure your use of OddsCalendar, third-party operator websites, affiliate links, odds information, and predictor challenges is lawful where you are located.

Participation in any feature, challenge, offer, or third-party service is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. We may restrict, suspend, or block access to parts of the site where we believe it is necessary for legal, regulatory, security, age-gating, integrity, or operational reasons.

OddsCalendar is a sports information, editorial, affiliate, and interactive prediction platform. We provide football match information, sports data, informational odds displays, bookmaker-related content, and entertainment features.

We are not:

• a bookmaker, sportsbook, casino, lottery, or gambling operator;
• a payment processor for gambling transactions;
• a betting broker, tipster service, investment adviser, or legal adviser;
• the official source of match results, settlements, odds, fixtures, or league rules;
• affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, clubs, leagues, federations, tournament organisers, or teams unless we expressly say so in writing.

We do not:

• accept bets or wagers;
• process gambling deposits or withdrawals;
• open or manage gambling accounts for users;
• conduct third-party operator KYC checks;
• decide whether an operator accepts, rejects, limits, verifies, pays, or closes a user account.

OddsCalendar content is provided for general information, comparison, research, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial, investment, gambling, betting, or professional advice.

Odds, probabilities, trends, model outputs, predictions, confidence labels, statistics, community vote percentages, articles, bookmaker comparisons, and leaderboard information do not guarantee any result, profit, payout, selection, ranking, or prize. You make all decisions at your own risk.

Gambling involves risk and can cause harm. Do not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is no longer entertainment, use operator limits, timeouts, self-exclusion, and support resources. Our safer gambling guidance is available on the Responsible Gambling page.

Sports data, odds information, lineups, fixtures, results, standings, player statistics, match events, bookmaker details, and offer information may come from third-party feeds, operator websites, affiliate feeds, public sources, or our own editorial and technical systems.

This information can be delayed, incomplete, changed, corrected, suspended, removed, or inaccurate. Live scores, fixture states, lineups, cards, substitutions, odds, and settlement indicators can change after publication. Official league, club, federation, data-provider, or bookmaker records may differ from what appears on OddsCalendar.

You should verify important information directly with the relevant official source or third-party operator before relying on it, registering with an operator, claiming an offer, placing a bet, or making any decision involving money.

Some links, buttons, bookmaker logos, odds rows, banners, operator pages, reviews, comparisons, or promotional references on OddsCalendar may be sponsored or affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you click a link and later register, deposit, wager, or take another qualifying action with a third party. This does not normally increase your cost, but it means our site can be commercially compensated.

When you click a third-party or affiliate link:

• you leave OddsCalendar;
• the third party's terms, privacy policy, cookie policy, age rules, KYC rules, and responsible gambling tools apply;
• the third party may use its own tracking, cookies, geolocation, identity checks, payment systems, and fraud controls;
• offers, odds, markets, bonuses, payment methods, withdrawal rules, and eligibility conditions can change at any time;
• we do not guarantee that any offer, bonus, odds, payment method, or operator service is available, lawful, suitable, or accurate for you.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, operator conduct, operator errors, player account restrictions, bonus disputes, rejected registrations, verification decisions, deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, bet settlement, responsible gambling tools, data practices, or customer support outcomes.

Some features require an OddsCalendar account, including signed in My Bets, account-linked predictions, saved picks, leaderboard profiles, and certain predictor challenge entries. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your account, email address, passwords, magic links, devices, and sessions secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Unless we expressly permit otherwise, each person may maintain only one account. We may refuse registration, suspend access, close accounts, remove entries, reset nicknames, block sessions, or require additional verification where we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, fraud prevention, challenge integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

You may submit or generate information through the site, such as account details, nicknames, profile images, prediction picks, fixture votes, My Bets selections, leaderboard entries, contact messages, correction requests, feedback, or other materials ("User Content").

You retain any rights you have in your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, moderate, remove, analyse, and use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and evidence the site, accounts, prediction features, leaderboards, and challenges.

You must not submit User Content that:

• is unlawful, misleading, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, defamatory, spam, or malware-related;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, database, or contractual rights;
• contains another person's personal data without a lawful basis;
• impersonates another person, brand, operator, team, league, or official body;
• attempts to manipulate a challenge, leaderboard, vote, ranking, account system, or site feature.

We may moderate, edit, hide, remove, preserve, report, or restrict User Content and related accounts where we reasonably believe this is necessary. To report unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, contact us at youroddscalendar@gmail.com.

My Bets, fixture voting, prediction buttons, model predictions, confidence percentages, community vote percentages, saved picks, and similar tools are informational and entertainment features. They are not real-money bets, betting slips, wagering accounts, instructions to bet, or guarantees of any outcome.

Anonymous or local picks may be stored in your browser. Signed in picks may be stored on our servers and linked to your account. Fixture votes may sync with My Bets where the feature supports it. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on data handling.

A prediction may fail to save because of connection issues, browser settings, device problems, downtime, race conditions, account/session issues, rate limits, bugs, maintenance, or misuse controls. You are responsible for checking that a pick is visibly saved before relying on it for any feature or challenge.

We may correct, void, remove, resettle, or exclude picks, votes, scores, rankings, or leaderboard entries where results, fixture status, provider data, our systems, eligibility checks, or integrity reviews show that a correction is needed.

OddsCalendar may run predictor challenges, tournaments, leaderboards, prize competitions, or similar promotional features (together, "Prediction Challenges"). The World Cup 2026 Predictor Challenge is currently live. Future Prediction Challenges may include Premier League, Champions League, domestic league, international tournament, or other football prediction challenges.

Prediction Challenges are intended to reward genuine prediction activity on OddsCalendar. They do not require a bookmaker account, affiliate click, gambling deposit, wager, or purchase unless separate rules lawfully state otherwise and provide any legally required alternative route. Betting activity with a third-party operator does not count as a Prediction Challenge entry.

Unless challenge-specific rules say otherwise, each Prediction Challenge is void where prohibited, restricted, or impractical to operate under applicable law. Employees, contractors, advisers, affiliates, suppliers, and immediate family members or household members of people materially involved in operating a Prediction Challenge may be excluded from prize eligibility.

Unless a challenge-specific page says otherwise, users participate in competition leaderboards and any active Prediction Challenge for that league, tournament, competition, or fixture group automatically by creating an OddsCalendar account and saving or voting eligible predictions for a related matchup. No separate enter button, checkbox, opt-in form, or manual registration step is required unless we expressly add one in published challenge rules. Prize eligibility, where available, depends on the specific challenge rules.

Unless the applicable challenge rules say otherwise:

• each participant may use only one OddsCalendar account;
• predictions must be saved before the relevant match locks;
• late, unsaved, failed, duplicate, removed, suspicious, or ineligible entries may not count;
• 90-minute football outcomes include normal stoppage time but exclude extra time and penalties;
• cancelled, abandoned, postponed, materially changed, or removed fixtures may be voided or treated as described in the challenge-specific rules;
• leaderboard rankings are calculated from eligible prediction activity and settled results;
• users below the relevant settled prediction threshold may appear on leaderboards while qualifying, but users who have met the threshold may rank above them;
• displayed scores may be rounded or simplified, while ranking and final review may use internal unrounded score precision;
• tie-breakers may include accuracy, settled predictions, correct predictions, current streak, earliest prediction timing, and a final deterministic fallback;
• leaderboard standings are not final until settlement, eligibility checks, integrity reviews, audits, and any corrections are complete;
• the OddsCalendar site model may appear in leaderboards for comparison, but it is not eligible for prize ranks or prizes.

We may update scoring methods, settlement logic, tie-breakers, eligibility criteria, or leaderboard displays prospectively or to correct an error, preserve fairness, respond to fixture changes, or comply with law. We will try to communicate material challenge changes in the relevant challenge area where reasonably practical.

Prizes are subject to eligibility, identity, age, account ownership, location, tax, anti-fraud, anti-abuse, sanctions, and prize delivery verification. We may require documents or information before confirming or delivering a prize, including valid government-issued ID, proof of age, proof of address, delivery details, and account ownership evidence.

Unless the challenge-specific rules say otherwise, prize awards may be delivered by bank transfer, gift card, voucher, email, or another method we approve in writing. Prize rights are personal to the eligible winner and cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, substituted, redeemed for cash, or redeemed for another benefit unless we agree in writing.

Winners are responsible for taxes, reporting obligations, bank fees, currency conversion costs, payment provider fees, and any local legal requirements connected with a prize. We may withhold or report amounts where required by law.

If a potential winner does not respond by email to a prize notice or verification request within 14 days, fails verification, breaches these Terms, is ineligible, cannot lawfully receive a prize, or provides incomplete or inaccurate information, that user forfeits the prize and we may treat the prize as unclaimed, disqualify the entry, award the prize under the applicable tie-breaker or replacement process, split the prize among eligible tied winners, or cancel the prize where legally permitted.

Potential winners are responsible for keeping their OddsCalendar account email accessible and able to receive prize notices, verification requests, confirmation emails, and delivery emails.

Participation in a Prediction Challenge does not require a user to accept, claim, verify for, or receive a prize. A potential winner may decline a prize or fail to complete the prize verification and delivery process, in which case the prize may be treated as forfeited or unclaimed under these Terms and the applicable challenge-specific rules.

A published prize pool or prize amount is a cap on the total prize value available for that challenge or prize rank. If multiple eligible winners remain tied for the same prize rank after the applicable tie-breakers and review process, they share the applicable prize value as one pool unless the challenge-specific rules expressly say otherwise. Ties, duplicate accounts, or multiple eligible winners do not create additional Nike gift cards, vouchers, cash, or other duplicate prize payouts beyond the published pool.

Our maximum total prize liability for a Prediction Challenge is the prize pool published for that challenge.

We may review account, device, session, prediction, timing, leaderboard, communication, location, payment, and technical signals to protect Prediction Challenge fairness and site security. We may disqualify entries, remove picks, adjust leaderboards, suspend accounts, withhold prizes, or require verification where we reasonably believe activity is abusive, automated, duplicated, manipulated, unlawful, or inconsistent with fair play.

Our decisions about eligibility, settlement, scoring, locks, tie-breakers, integrity, fraud, abuse, leaderboard corrections, and prize administration are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may amend, suspend, postpone, end, or cancel a Prediction Challenge for legal, regulatory, operational, technical, security, data-provider, fixture, integrity, force majeure, or business reasons. Where legally required, we will preserve accrued rights or provide another fair outcome.

You must use OddsCalendar lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm the site, other users, our partners, or our systems.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take action such as rate-limiting, blocking, suspending, deleting, disqualifying, withholding prizes, preserving evidence, notifying service providers, or reporting to authorities where appropriate.

The site and its content, including text, articles, data compilations, page layouts, rankings, models, software, graphics, logos, icons, interfaces, databases, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to OmniPro LTD, OddsCalendar, or their respective rightsholders and are protected by intellectual property and database rights laws.

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, syndicate, redistribute, republish, modify, sell, rent, license, train models on, or commercially exploit any part of the site or its content without our prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Third-party names, logos, league names, club names, tournament names, operator names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on OddsCalendar does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

OddsCalendar does not process gambling deposits, gambling withdrawals, stakes, or wagers. If we offer optional paid non-gambling features in the future, the price, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation route, refund rules, and payment provider terms will be shown at or before purchase where required by law.

Payment providers may run their own fraud, sanctions, chargeback, tax, identity, and compliance checks. We are not responsible for payment provider downtime, rejections, holds, or separate terms, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Our collection and use of personal data, cookies, local storage, analytics, account records, prediction data, affiliate click data, and challenge administration data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you create an account, enter a challenge, subscribe to a newsletter, contact us, or use a site feature, we may send service messages related to that feature. Marketing messages will be sent only where we have a lawful basis to do so, and you may unsubscribe from marketing where required by law.

We may update, suspend, withdraw, limit, replace, correct, or discontinue any part of OddsCalendar at any time. The site may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, data feed issues, security incidents, high traffic, network failures, force majeure events, bugs, or other reasons.

We may correct content, scores, odds, rankings, predictions, challenge rules, settlements, prizes, links, pages, and technical errors. If a mistake affects a Prediction Challenge, we may take the steps we reasonably consider fair and lawful to correct the affected entries, leaderboard, result, or prize process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsCalendar and all content, data, features, prediction tools, odds displays, affiliate links, challenge systems, and services are provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not warrant that:

• the site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free, or free from harmful components;
• sports data, odds, predictions, statistics, leaderboards, or editorial content will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your needs;
• third-party operators, affiliate networks, sports data providers, or service providers will perform correctly;
• you will obtain any particular result, ranking, prize, saving, payout, offer, account approval, withdrawal, or betting outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniPro LTD, OddsCalendar, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages; loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, or business; gambling losses; third-party operator disputes; failed entries; missed locks; incorrect picks; inaccurate data; or unauthorised account use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the site, these Terms, or a feature is limited to EUR 100 or the amount you paid us for the relevant non-gambling feature in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher. For Prediction Challenges, our maximum prize-related liability is limited to the published prize pool for the relevant challenge.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not allowed, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OmniPro LTD, OddsCalendar, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

• your breach of these Terms;
• your unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised use of the site;
• your User Content;
• your violation of third-party rights or applicable law;
• your participation in Prediction Challenges in breach of these Terms or challenge-specific rules;
• your interactions with third-party operators, affiliate networks, payment providers, or other external services.

This indemnity does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the site or specific features if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created legal or security risk, harmed challenge integrity, violated third-party rights, or misused the site.

You may stop using OddsCalendar at any time. Account closure or feature removal may not immediately delete records that we need to keep for legal, tax, audit, fraud prevention, security, challenge integrity, dispute, or legitimate business reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, User Content licences, challenge enforcement, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate, such as a notice on the site or feature-specific notice.

Your continued use of OddsCalendar after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Malta will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or OddsCalendar.

If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country, state, province, or territory of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, change of control, or transfer of the site or business. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not mean we waive it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific or challenge-specific rules, form the agreement between you and us regarding OddsCalendar.
